At BCOD Apparel, every product is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind.
If there is a problem with your order, however, we will make it right.
Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Email returns@buycryptoordie.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, eligible claims will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We will review the shipment and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate next step.
Wrong Size or Product Selection
Because our products are made specifically for each order, we are unable to offer free returns or exchanges when the wrong size, color, or product was selected at checkout.
Please review the product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are not claimed and are returned to our fulfillment facility may require an additional shipping charge to be resent.
Before Returning Anything
Please do not return an item without contacting us first.
Email support@buycryptoordie.com and we will provide instructions if a return is required. Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
